Phone Call is committed to the security and protection of the personal information of our Users and their contacts. This Privacy Policy describes how Phone Call will collect, use, share, and process personal information.

By accepting the Phone Call Privacy Policy and/or using the Services You consent to the collection, use, sharing, and processing of personal information as described herein. If You provide us with personal information about someone else, You confirm that they are aware that You have provided their information and that they consent to our use of their information according to our Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time to prevent further use of the information shared via the Services.

Contacts list information: 
Phone Call may collect, store, and use the list of identifiers associated with Contact Information like name, phone number, email, and photos in order to enhance the results shared with other Users and use it for Caller ID Purposes. We do not sell your contacts list information. We do not make any business with your contact list information.

Please Note: We will be required to upload your Contact Information like name, phone number, email, and photos to our servers for the purpose of providing you with certain services within the App.  We do not collect any Personal Information from you or related to you without your approval, which is obtained, among other things, through your active acceptance of the EULA and the Privacy Policy. 

Additionally, We are providing a feature of Caller ID and We are showing those contact names with the permission of the user. We are taking permission from the user while taking these contact names for phone numbers. 

User Contact:

  • Collected Information: Full name, phone number, email address, comments, and other provided details.
  • Purpose: To process requests and assist with inquiries.
  • Legal Basis: Contract performance, legitimate interest in responding to user inquiries.
  • Third-Party Sharing: Information shared with cloud platforms for processing.
  • Retention Period: As needed or until deletion request. Duration varies according to data retention laws.
  • Consequences of Non-Provision: Inability to process requests and respond to inquiries.

Additional Usage: Collected data also used for fraud detection, legal compliance, audits, security, delivering targeted advertising, and enhancing services. Anonymous information may be shared with third parties for service improvement and targeted advertising.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED:

Phone Call may collect, store, and use the list of identifiers associated with Contact Information like name, phone number, email, and photos in order to enhance the results shared with other Users and use it for Caller ID Purposes. We do not sell your contacts list information. We do not make any business with your contact list information.

We collect the Personal Information for the purpose of: (i) identifying (automatically) incoming calls or to perform a manual numeric search (Caller ID), (ii) enabling you to use our Phone Call  Search feature, (iii) enabling you to block phone numbers, and/or (iv) reporting phone numbers as spam and to integrate and update information relating to you and your contacts with the information stored on your social platform. (v) to match the information in your phone and contacts with numbers from the calls you make or receive, as well as with information in our database. We also store this information for subsequent data validation for both you and other users of our App and other products.

Account and user profile: 
We accept your name and mobile phone number to create your user account and profile. You may also choose to provide additional information for your user profile such as photo, address, email, and status message.

 

What do we do with your personal information?

We may process personal information as necessary to perform our contract with our users, for our or third parties legitimate interests, especially to provide our Apps to you and other users, to assist our users in identifying potentially unwanted telephone calls and handling such calls, including the following:

  • To match the information in user phone logs and contacts with numbers from the calls the user makes or receives, as well as with information in our database. We also may store this information for subsequent data validation for both you and other users of our Apps and other products;
  • To send users push notifications. For example, if you missed a call and the number was not in your address book, but we knew the name of the caller, we may send you a notification;
  • To improve our Apps, and for research and analytics purposes;
  • Send you news and newsletters, special offers, and promotions, to contact you about products otherwise
  • Maintain User spam lists and build a community-based spam-blocking directory.
  • Enable You to use and share Your information in connection with Your registration, login, or other use of third-party services e.g. payment service providers, online services, social networking sites, and other third-party APIs;
  • You are someone (or you work for someone) to whom we want to advertise or market our services. In this case, we may have obtained your details directly from you (for example, via our website) or from another source.

  • Age Limitation: Service not for minors under 16 or below the legal age of consent. We don't knowingly collect data from children and will remove such information if identified.
